What ANOTS is
ANOTS — short for Agentic Network of Thought System — gives every business a public, discoverable, auditable AI agent. Other AIs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) find it at a well-known URL and can ask it questions, call its tools, and increasingly, get it to act. It is built on the open A2A Protocol and MCP.
Who is behind it
ANOTS is built by İsmail İbiloğlu, an independent AI researcher since 2017 and the operator of three businesses across unrelated sectors — industrial AI (Dataguess), construction (MongoHippo), and games (Ubik Studios). The agentic ecosystem on top — GYIBB, ANOTS itself, and Ubik — exists so each business he runs becomes its own first-party tenant.
What's underneath
Two academic papers grew out of the work — The Mirror Effect and Compliance Artifact — both built on the PANDORA dataset of more than a thousand interaction cycles between a human orchestrator and two LLM nodes. The framework is called TCAM — Triadic Cognitive Augmentation Model. ANOTS is the first piece of infrastructure that came out of it that the world is ready for in 2026.
