5. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans: ANOTS offers Standard (Free), Pro ($9.90/month), and Agency ($49.90/month) plans.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

Free Trial: If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

9. Limitation of Liability
