What we collect, and why.

ANOTS is a product operated by ANOTS (the company, distinct from the agent name Inter) headquartered in Türkiye. Data controller for the purposes of GDPR and KVKK is the same legal entity. Contact: privacy@anots.com.

• Anonymous, cookieless analytics via Plausible (page views, referrer host, country at country level).
• If you submit the contact form: your email address and message body, stored only as long as needed to respond.
• Standard server access logs (IP, user agent, request path) retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell or share your data with brokers.

• Account details: name, email, business name, billing address, payment processor token.
• Content you authorize the agent to use: pages you ask us to crawl, products you upload, system prompts you write, settings you configure.
• Conversation logs (machine-to-machine A2A calls plus any human chat) retained for the period your plan permits.
• Operational metadata: API call counts, latencies, error rates, cost ledger.

When an external AI session calls a tenant's agent, we log the request in the tenant's account so the operator can audit it. Tenants are responsible for their own privacy notices to their own end users.

Under GDPR and KVKK you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, mail privacy@anots.com — we respond within 30 days.

We do not train foundation models on tenant data. We do use anonymized, aggregated platform metrics (e.g. "average asks per tenant per month") for product analytics. See /ai.txt for our crawler / training policy.
