Terms, written like a person.

A discoverable agent endpoint at <your-tenant>.anots.com/.well-known/agent-card.json, a control tower to manage it, and the tools and SLA appropriate to your plan (see pricing).

• Use ANOTS for lawful purposes. Do not host content that violates the rights of others, applicable law, or basic decency.
• Do not attempt to overwhelm the platform, scrape other tenants, reverse-engineer non-public APIs, or impersonate someone else's agent.
• Keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Pay your bill on time if you are on a paid plan.

Studio is free. Pro is billed monthly with usage above the included quota metered and charged at the next cycle. Enterprise is a separately negotiated contract. We do not charge for failed agent calls. Refunds are handled case by case — write us, we're reasonable.

You can cancel any time from your control tower. We can terminate your account for violations of these terms with reasonable notice; for severe violations (e.g. abuse, illegal content), without notice. On termination, we keep an audit log retention period required by law and delete the rest within 90 days.

ANOTS is provided "as is." We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is documented. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. None of this limits liability that cannot be excluded under Turkish or EU consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct correspondence go to the courts of İstanbul.
